Nothing Cephic produces (grades, allocation suggestions, AI assistant answers, drift/drawdown alerts) is financial advice or a recommendation, and Cephic can never place a trade, modify an order, or move money on your behalf, under any circumstance. Trading forex, CFDs, and other leveraged instruments carries a high risk of loss, including of your entire capital, and is not suitable for everyone.
What this actually means for you.
- Cephic is two things: the Cephic platform — Allocate (portfolio/strategy analysis) and Watchdog (live account monitoring), unified into one Free/Solo/Pro/Studio subscription — and Calculate (free calculators plus a free Chrome extension), a separate product. Full detail on the Pricing page. Calculate has no paid tier today — if that changes, this page and the refund terms below will be updated before it launches.
- Paid platform subscriptions bill monthly or annually via Stripe. Cancel anytime from your account settings in two steps or fewer — no need to email support.
- The Cephic platform (Solo, Pro, Studio) carries a genuine, no-questions-asked 14-day refund. Request one from your account settings within 14 days of your first platform subscription and it's processed instantly, in full, with your subscription cancelled right away — the standard EU right of withdrawal, honored rather than waived.
- Watchdog connects to your live account by pairing the Cephic Watchdog EA (a small program you install yourself in your own MT4/MT5 terminal) with a one-time code — never your broker username or password. The connection is read-only and one-way: Cephic can never place a trade, modify an order, or move money on your behalf, under any circumstance.
- You own your own data (backtests, strategies, saved portfolios, connected trading data). Cephic owns the code, calculators, and branding. You can export or permanently delete your account and its data at any time — see the Privacy Policy.
- Cephic is provided "as is," with no guarantee of uninterrupted service, especially for anything depending on your own broker, terminal, or internet connection for Watchdog.
The Cephic platform: a genuine 14-day, no-questions-asked refund.
Request a refund from your account settings within 14 days of first subscribing to Solo, Pro, or Studio and it's refunded in full, instantly, with your subscription cancelled right away — this is the standard EU consumer right of withdrawal, and Cephic honors it in full rather than waiving it. After 14 days, cancelling stops future billing but the current paid period is not refunded, except where the law requires it; email support@cephic.io and we'll look at your situation case by case.
